Get Started Package

Get started with customer research and experience to create value for your business.

The “Get Started” package includes an initial meeting to understand your company’s needs, and a kick-off workshop where we:

  • Identify and work with the direction for the overall strategic customer experience and customer journey for your company.
  • Identify which touchpoints you need to measure on and which initiatives you can easily automate to create a unique customer experience.
  • Assist you in getting started with your work with customer input and measurement for more customer experience and growth.
  • Develop and agree on a plan for the next steps and an agreement for the identified initiatives, customer experiences and getting started with WeZimplify.

 

Growth Package

Get started using your data. Your company is confident in working with customer measurement and experiences within the entire customer journey.

You gather data easily on a continuous basis, but need to be much better to use the data for future growth of the company.

The Growth Package includes:

  • An introduction meeting where we get presented for your data, map initial opportunities and focus areas to work with.
  • We prepare a foundation of customer insights and data foundation in relation to your existing customer experience based on our meeting.
  • We will meet up for 2 workshops with 1 month in between. We will be working with:
    • Presenting existing customer experience based on data.
    • Presenting trends for your industry and consumer/technology trends.
    • Identifying new business opportunities for growth (onboarding, commissioning, after sales service etc.)
    • Prioritize and develop 1- 2 new opportunities.
    • Plan and develop Go2Market plan and setup.
    • 4 Execute and measure meetings for the future and ongoing growth with WeZimplify.

Advisory Package

Is it difficult to get started working with customer data and customer success? Don’t have the resources and competencies to grow your sales based on the data you collect?

The Advisory Package includes:

  • 5 sparring meetings to map and work with which focus areas to have in relation to your customer data, experiences and business development.
  • An action and focus plan for identified areas for customer success, business growth and experience.
  • We support you with resources within your systematic work and processes for customer experiences and business development. We can add on resources and help you to get started.
  • Agree on resource and support package with consultancy sparring and execution per month.
